Refund Policy
At Fusion Sketch, we strive to provide exceptional services to all our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.
1. During Service Operation:
If a client is dissatisfied with our services during the operation of the service, they must adhere to the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
– The client must attend every scheduled session during the service period.
– The client must actively participate and follow the instructions provided by Fusion Sketch.
– The client must provide strong arguments and evidence to demonstrate that the services provided are of poor quality or do not meet the agreed-upon standards.
– Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the client’s dissatisfaction becoming apparent.
Upon review and verification of the client’s claim, Fusion Sketch can offer a full refund at its discretion.
2. After 30 Days from the Finished Services:
If a client is dissatisfied with our services after the completion of the service, they must adhere to the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
– The client must have attended every scheduled session during the service period.
– The client must have actively participated and followed the instructions provided by Fusion Sketch throughout the service.
– The client must provide compelling evidence demonstrating that the services provided were of poor quality or did not meet the agreed-upon standards.
– Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days from the completion of the service.
After the 30-day period has elapsed, refund requests will not be entertained.
3. Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Exclusions:
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
– If the client fails to attend scheduled sessions or follow Fusion Sketch’s instructions.
– If the client’s dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond Fusion Sketch’s control, such as changes in personal circumstances or preferences.
– If the client fails to provide sufficient evidence or arguments to support their refund request.
